Yvette has always been involved in fitness since child hood. Gymnastics, track, swimming, and the occasional backyard wrestling match with her big brother were among the activities she was took part in. She developed a passion for natural body building in 2001 and has competed and won over five bodybuilding competitions. She was the 2004 Ms. Ohio Natural overall winner, which featured her in four major muscle magazines and most recently won her figure class in the 2007 Europa Super Show. During her conditioning she realized she has a gift for boxing and has since dedicated her time 100% to the sport, taking on two professional bouts with two knock outs.
Being a mother of three children, Yvette understands how difficult it can be to lose inches. She has experienced the obstacles that come with building lean muscle and shedding body fat. The benefits of living a healthy lifestyle are healthy eating habits, living a longer life with fewer aches and pains, overcoming challenges, higher self esteem, and an overall sense of accomplishments.

Rolland was born and raised and began boxing in New Orleans, LA. Boxing is a passion of his that he has dedicated himself to. He has trained under Heavy-Weight and Middle-Weight champions!! One can achieve excellent fitness through the ply-metric movements, agility, cardio, and core strengthening that boxing has to offer. It is a super-charged way of achieving multiple goals such as gaining strength, speed, agility, lean muscle, etc. It will also offer you growth of mind, body, and spirit.

Katy Howard has been in the fitness industry for ten years. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group X Instructor. She also has certifications specializing in Les Mills and Nutrition Counseling. Katy has worked in several gyms across the United States. Ranging from big corporations like LA Fitness to privately owned fitness facilities. One of her biggest achievements has been working with the United States Army Physical Training Programs. She has trained various units at Fort Bragg and Hood to include the United States Army Drill Sergeant School at Fort Jackson. Katy Howard takes the energy from group fitness to the training floor; creating a fitness experience with each workout.
Ed was born in NY, NY and raised in Puerto Rico where he attended college and became a personal trainer. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has trained over 500 people, all with different goals. Martial arts are one of Ed’s greatest passions and he possesses a black belt in Tae Kwon Doe, as well as in Shotokan Karate. Ed has been involved in the fitness industry for years. Being a top athlete, he understands the hard work and dedication it takes to be fit. Using this knowledge, Ed seeks to reach as many people as possible and help them maximize their goals and potential for success.
TIashun was born in Los Angeles, CA and stayed active throughout his childhood. He was an all-star athlete and developed a passion for fitness as he got older. Growing up, Tiashun trained in mixed martial arts and quickly made his way up the ranks. He also excelled in wrestling and in track and field. After moving to Killeen and meeting Yvette (Gym X trainer), he quickly decided that helping change people’s lives was indeed what he wanted to do. He is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA),holds a membership through the International Fitness Association (IFA), and is currently studying for his National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification. Tiashun has currently been training for 5 years and plans on continuing to help people meet and exceed their fitness goals. He specializes in building lean muscle mass and weight loss.
